Great Customer Service

Posted by Gina on Jul 12, 2008

I had a great experience today at a drycleaners.  It may sound strange but I had to go to the drycleaners after work and drop off about 5 things.  For some reason I tried a new drycleaners because it was on my way home.  Plus I have heard great things about this shop in particular and wanted to give it a try.

I went in with all my stuff and a young man about 20 came up front to help me out.  He was so nice and so polite that it made my experience great.  The prices were pretty high considering you can find pretty cheap drycleaners since there is one on every corner.  The funny thing was I didn’t even care about the price after I had gotten such great service from Zachary.  I guess I’m a little jaded I have been into too many stores where the help was just rude.  Sometimes the employee is so young that they act a little obnoxious.  I was just highly impressed with my service I received and will definitely head back there again.

Saving Money with On-line Coupons

Posted by Gina on Jul 11, 2008

For some reason I have the hardest time keeping up with birthdays and graduations. I use to be so good at it when I was single. Once I got married and added my husband’s family in the mix I just couldn’t keep up. I come from a pretty big family and my husband does as well, but there is no excuse for missing you mother or mother-in-laws birthday. I found the greatest website to help me out with these close calls it is called 1-800-flowers. They deliver cards, candy, and flowers on the same day they are ordered.

1-800-flowers has saved me many times over from becoming the horrible daughter who doesn’t remember birthdays. Then today I found a site even better called Savings.com. It offers on-line coupons for Old Navy, Verizon, Orbitz and 1-800-flowers! This site is so incredible I can’t believe I had not heard of it sooner. There are so many on-line coupons that they offer. You don’t have to look through the paper and cut and carry them with you to the store. Once you open the website it is all laid out for you in easy to read print. There is no guess work you can even click on a coupon for free shipping to certain stores. Thank you savings.com I will be using you from here on out.

Inexpensive Prescription Glasses

Posted by Gina on Jul 11, 2008

It’s nice to know that there are still some bargains out there. I have heard of people cutting back on Starbucks, alcohol, and even birth control pills due to the expense. These days you have to do what you have to do in order to find the extra money for bills, food, and gas. When a great offer is put in front of you for something you really need, like glasses, how can you not take advantage of it? Take a look at the prescription glasses on ZenniOptical.com and see for yourself why you can’t turn these deals down.

Structured Settlement Quotes

Posted by Gina on Jun 30, 2008

If there is one thing we can all agree on it’s that the cost of living has escalated.  It scares me to think about the state of our economy.  I’m fairly young so I haven’t lived through a depression or economic downfall, at least not one that I’m aware of.  I know that going through tough times is just a part of life and I also know that eventually things will improve.   In the meantime though, it’s nice to know that there are companies out there such as ones that offer structured settlements to individuals that can help out.

Structured Settlements are cash payments made to individuals from insurance companies due to an injury for example.  What a lot of people don’t realize is that they may be entitled to a lump sum payout.  With the high gas prices, the high food prices, and the high number of foreclosures occurring this may be something that would interest a lot of people.  Many options are available including cashing in on some of your future  settlement payments or all of them.  You will be put in contact with a structured settlement buyer who will be able to go over all of your options with you.  Don’t let this opportunity pass you by go to www.structuredsettlement-quotes.com.  They have a lot of articles about settlements that can help you, such as the article about silence in the settlement factoring industry.

It is always a smart idea to do some research before jumping right in when money is involved.  Also be sure to find out what the legislation is in your state for settlements.

Secret Shoppers

Posted by Gina on Jun 24, 2008

I got shopped today.  That’s what we call it when somebody comes into our store and pretends to be interested in buying our program, but then walks out.  I don’t know what to think of these people.  On one hand they are hired by our own company to see if we are doing our jobs, but on the other hand they are kind of sneaky and they waste our time.  I could have been doing so many other things (like making money for the company) if she wouldn’t have come in and took an hour of my time.

Is this right or wrong?  What do you all think of secret shoppers?  I’m going to look into this line a work a little bit closer.  I think I would rather be the one doing the shopping than getting shopped.

If you are anything like me you love to do on-line shopping. About 5 years ago I fell in love with Ebay. I would spend hours and hours on that site every night. Then tonight to my surprise I ran across the greatest website for all your on-line shopping needs. It’s called dropship products. Not only can you buy clothing, children’s books and toys, electronics, and sporting goods, but you can also build an on-line business of your own complete with a hosted storefront. This site is incredible. It offers so much for consumers by providing them with the software they need for their individual business needs. I don’t want to forget to mention their full service dropshipping to both the USA and Canada, as well as, their amazing auction selling tools.

So much has happened since technology has become a part of our day to day lives. It has allowed businesses such as dropshipping to grow and succeed internationally. online storefront has been around since 2004 and has already managed to acquire customers in 22 countries! The US headquarters are located in San Francisco, CA. I am currently in Washington, D.C. and I will be doing some shopping on this site. Thank God for the internet how did we ever survive without it.

Low Cost Prescriptions

Posted by Gina on May 29, 2008

Wow the Internet is amazing.  I just found a site that allows you to buy prescription medications over the Internet.  For someone like me that is very exciting news.  I think I’m at the drugstore about 6 or 7 times per month picking up prescriptions.  Not to mention the last time I was there I practically got shot in the parking lot.  I was at the drive through window to pick-up my prescriptions because I thought it would be faster.  Boy was I wrong.  They got my prescriptions mixed up and it took about 20 minutes for them to fix the problem.  Lets just say the car behind me wasn’t too happy about it!

I know there are other pharmacies that have made buying online prescriptions easy to do as well.  But let me tell you why eDrugstore.MD is the way to go.  First of all the prices!  Second of all they even offer levitra! They will actually take $20 off all refills after your first order.  In addition to that you will recieve a free medical consultation, 24 hour customer service in case you have questions or need additional help, and of course the online pharmacy is open 7 days per week.  For someone like me who is a Diabetic, I am sold.

All the medications available on eDrugstore.MD are purchased from US drug companies and are FDA approved also.  How can you go wrong?  With the gas prices on the rise these days shopping on-line is the easiest, most convenient, money saving way to do your shopping.  Especially when it comes to something as important as prescriptions.  Just think about it, not only will you be receiving name brand medications, but you will be saving time, gas and money!  There really is no other option than purchasing your prescriptions from eDrugstore.MD.

I Love Bookstores

Posted by Gina on Mar 26, 2008

Most independent bookstores showcase regional literature and items you cannot buy elsewhere. Local authors and local points of interest may be highlighted in collections and special displays that chain stores would not bother to compile.

Among special touches of non-chain stores, handwritten signs with staff recommendations may direct you to writers you’ve never heard of, and local celebrities may participate in readings or discussion groups.

The tote bags at the “Strand Bookstore” in New York come in more than 30 designs, and were voted the number one souvenir to bring home to Japan by readers of Nikkei, a Japanese financial newspaper.
